We are looking at a very large project with an enormous land and sea mass to be developed so we have divided the project into three phases with an approximate completion date of 6 years.

* PHASE 1:

In order to categorize the structures and construct those first that will begin to produce income we have decided to start with the commercial complex of office buildings, commercial entities, high rise condominium structure, parking facilities and the infrastructure for the theme park.  The estimation for the completion of this phase is about 30 months at a cost of $450 million dollars.

* PHASE 2:

Nearing the end of phase one phase two will begin to build the theme park for entertainment, hotels for accommodation, additional parking facilities and the infrastructure for the marine park.  The estimation for the completion of this phase is about 24 months at a cost of $500 million dollars.

* PHASE 3:

We will be looking to the completed phase one as possibility of partial funding for this phase.   The hotels, parking, convention center, outdoor entertainment complex and exhibition hall, health and spa center and Vung Tau Aquarium will be a part of this phase. The estimation for the completion of this phase is 24 months at an estimated cost of $500 million dollars.
