EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

In the Ba Ria  Vung Tau province is Vung Tau a city of approximately 300,000 residents.  This is an area rich in traditions, arts and historical culture.  The city has been developed into a picturesque community of well lighted Wide Streets with beautiful landscaping providing a sense of tranquility, safety and a welcoming spirit as represented by the friendly smiles of everyone you meet.  The economic, social and political environment has come together to make this the right time for investment and development in Vung Tau.  An ideal location has been secured, with panoramic view of South China Sea, to develop residential, hotels, business complex, shopping arcades along with an expansive entertainment theme park. 
The People’s Committee of Ba Ria Vung Tau province have contracted with Good Choice USA, Inc. to develop a theme park and marine aquarium that will encompass a total of 519 acres.  This development will include residential, office buildings, world class hotels, shopping complex, expanded entertainment theme park and an underwater aquarium surrounded by Hotels, condominiums and all being connected with scenic boardwalks.
The development site dedicated for this project of a land mass of 384 acres for the theme park and 175 acres for the marine exposition that is situated along white sandy beaches of scenic and soothing ocean views.  This valuable site alone is valued at half the cost of the development.
